Evening on Broadway What & When: Evening on Broadway is an evening that includes a three-course dinner prepared by award-winning chefs at the Eilan. In addition to dinner, there is Broadway music entertainment by the talented students of Champion High School.
                Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and event begins at 7 p.m.
                November 14 & 15 – same program each night, just held over two nights to accommodate crowds

Tickets: Tickets on sale now for $35 a seat or $350 for a table of 10. Order your tickets now for best seating and before the event sells out! Seating for the event is based on the date and time of the ticket order. Checks can also be sent in with a student to Mrs. Hill, with the check made out to CHS Choir Boosters.

Sponsorships: The fundraising portion comes from generous support of community sponsors. Please consider a Crew-level Family Sponsorship as well as share the sponsorship packet with community businesses to further students’ passion in a life-long fine arts appreciation and performance program. All sponsorships have benefits associated with them, including reserved seating at yearly choir concerts (great for the Winter concert where there is often standing room only) or marketing benefits to businesses. Region Choir Auditions this Saturday

Good luck to those auditioning for Region Choir!

What: TMEA Region 29 Region Choir Auditions

When: Saturday, October 22 - Registration begins at 7:30am

Where: O'Connor HS,12221 Leslie Rd, San Antonio

Who: Those who advanced from initial Phase auditions and voice parts that did not audition at Phase

What to Bring:

• Original copies of music (6 pieces) with measures numbered
• Pencils to mark cuts
• Paper clips to mark music

Upcoming Broadway Shows at the Majestic

Mrs. Hill has tickets reserved for the following upcoming Broadway shows at the Majestic Theatre:

• Finding Neverland on May 7, 2017. Tickets are on sale now for $55.75. Mrs. Hill has 50 reserved for the show.
• Matilda on June 6, 2017.  Tickets on sale now for $53.50

These group tickets are great seats, so Mrs. Hill needs to pay for them by December 15. Please submit your check to her, made out to CHS CHOIR BOOSTERS.

Evening On Broadway Tickets On Sale

Evening on Broadway is just around the corner, and tickets go on sale today. Support your student and the fine arts program at Champion High School as the only fundraising event held by the choir.

Evening on Broadway is an elegant evening held on November 14 and 15 at the Eilan Resort and Spa. It includes dinner and Broadway entertainment performed by choir students. It is an evening special enough to make you think you have left San Antonio and landed in New York City! We hope you, your families and friends can attend the event.

If you want to purchase a ticket with a check, have your student get a ticket order form in the choir room and then return it to me at school. Tickets will also be sold during the concert next week.

Fall Concert Coming Up 10/20

FALL CONCERT- THIS IS A GRADED CONCERT

When: Oct. 20
Where: CHS Auditorium
Time: 7 pm
Call time for students: 6:45 pm
Dress: Uniform

All students have been assigned an uniform.  They need to pick it up from the Choir Room and bring it home.  They need to come dressed for the concert.
Girls need black low heeled shoes - no sandals or flip flops
Guys need black socks and black dress shoes

The concert will last about an hour.  We will also be set up to sell Evening on Broadway tickets.
